We want you to love your new frames, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all WMP Eyewear products. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to download and print at home.
Pack and Ship
Securely place your eyewear and any included accessories back into the original protective case and box, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange frames within 5-7 business days.
